Clairvale

Bennie is a 14.1hh grey (from dilute black) mare. Bennie was produced using the free service and collection Eibhlin won at the 2012 Victorian Connemara Pony Showcase for High Point Mare of the Showcase. Unfortunately we were living in the UK when the service was due to be used, so our friend Su Moore took Eibhlin on lease following her insemination and in November 2015 she produced an outstanding filly for Su. We are thrilled with what this cross has produced, and Su notes that 'Bennie' is the quietest and most 'people-oriented' foal she has bred. Upon our arrival back to Australia and briefly showing her as a 2 year old for Su, we had the opportunity to purchase Bennie after she didn't grow quite tall enough for what Su was wanting her for. Bennie is an excellent alrounder for us as a do everything go anywhere pony, and particularly for Tearna an excellent horseback archery pony, although she would make a wonderful children's pony as well! She has a very laid back and friendly temperament, and is very willing to learn and honest to ride. Bennie had her first foal, Clairvale Cupid (by Clairvale Constellation) in 2025 and has been left empty this season.
